By accessing or using the haoyunstudio.com website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by HONG KONG HAOYUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("Haoyun Studio", "we", "us").

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about Haoyun Studio and our app, Dual Web Messenger. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Intellectual property

The content, design, brand names, logos, and marks on the Site — including "Haoyun Studio" and "Dual Web Messenger" — are owned by HONG KONG HAOYUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED or used with permission. Apple, App Store, and related marks are the property of Apple Inc. You may not copy or reuse Site materials without our written permission.

The app

Downloading and using Dual Web Messenger is subject to the Apple App Store terms and any terms presented within the app. This Site does not itself grant any license to the app.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haoyun Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may link to third-party services, such as the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
