This policy applies to mobile applications distributed by HONG KONG HAOYUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. It is separate from the privacy policy for the haoyunstudio.com website.

This Privacy Policy describes how Hong Kong Haoyun Technology Co., Limited ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile applications (each an "App" and collectively, the "Apps"), which are distributed through the Apple App Store.

1. Camera and Face Tracking Data (TrueDepth & ARKit)

TrueDepth Camera and ARKit Disclaimer

Certain of our Apps may use Apple's TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking technology to provide augmented reality (AR) mask effects, filters, or face-driven features. If you use an App that includes these features, facial tracking data is processed locally on your device in real-time.

  • Collection, Storage, and Retention: We do not collect, store, retain, transmit, or share facial data with third parties. This data is highly temporary, is processed entirely in memory on the device, and is immediately discarded after the AR effect is rendered. It is never uploaded to any external servers.
  • Third-Party Access: We do not share or disclose any facial tracking data with third-party partners, marketing networks, or analytical providers.

2. Third-Party Services & Data Collection

To optimize performance, analyze user behavior, attribute marketing campaigns, and serve relevant advertisements, our Apps may integrate several third-party software development kits (SDKs). Depending on the specific App you are using, these third-party services may collect certain device identifiers and usage metrics in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)

  • Purpose: App performance tracking, crash reporting, and user behavior analytics.
  • Data Processed: Firebase installation IDs, crash traces, device model, operating system version, and general usage statistics.

Adjust

  • Purpose: Mobile marketing attribution, campaign measurement, and install tracking.

Google AdMob

  • Purpose: Delivering and displaying tailored or non-personalized advertisements within our Apps.

3. How We Use the Collected Information

We use the data gathered by third-party SDKs to:

  • Provide, maintain, and continuously improve the features of our Apps.

  • Attribute installs and measure the effectiveness of our user acquisition campaigns (via Adjust).

Except for the automatic transmission of technical identifiers to the third-party platforms listed in Section 2, we do not sell, trade, rent, or disclose your personal data to any external third parties.

We may disclose your information only under the following limited circumstances:

5. Data Retention

  • Face Tracking Data: Retained for 0 seconds. Discarded immediately after processing in the volatile memory.
  • Analytical & Technical Data: Retained by our third-party service providers (Google and Adjust) in accordance with their respective data retention limits (typically ranging from 14 to 26 months).

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions inside the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under the legal age has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared information with us, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
